Question / Help Obs recording 2 parts??? Need HELP!!!!!

Everything was fine and I didn't change/do anything and now it suddenly records like this:

Things I did
>> Settings >> fit to screen X
>> Settings >> Stretch to screen X
>> Settings >> Center to screen X
>> Reset OBS to default all settings X

Nevermind I fixed it , I tweak some settings in VLC that's why the result was like this. Sorry. xD
