Question / Help OBS Recorded video lags

Hello all, I tried recording videos via OBS, and while i record everything goes fine, no fps drops (fps is well over 60fps), but when video is recorded it is simply a large stutter. I was using OBS before but I cant remember what bitrate I used, and before videos worked like a charm. Now first video I recorded with 40k bitrate worked but it was stuttering after like 2 minutes in video. I now dropped it to 30k and now is even worse! Video is just frozen and audio is all working well.

My PC specs:
AMD Athlon X4 840 3.1ghz
RAM 4gb 1600mhz ddr3 DIMM
GPU MSI AMD RX 570 4gb
Resolution I am recording on 1280x1024(native resolution) 60fps, but I change it when editing to 720p.
I am for encoder using h264 (I have options for h265 and x264), recording format is mp4 and I am using CBR.
Please help this poor soul :)

For local recording, suggested rate control methods are CQP (for NVENC) and CRF (for x264). Not sure what it is under AMF, VBR might be the only option.

10:30:24.999: Output 'adv_file_output': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 1 (0.0%)
10:30:24.999: ==== Recording Stop ================================================
10:30:25.007: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 36/10380 (0.3%)

Not seeing any significant dropped frames there. but again, I'm not that familiar with AMF so for me there's less valuable information in the log entries there, as I don't use that encoder.

10:22:30.255: fps: 60/1
10:22:30.255: format: RGBA
10:22:30.255: YUV mode: None

You may want to check your video settings that they are correct.

Man this is all advanced to me, before I just see some recording settings for yt, put that and works like a charm. I saw that only in M&B Warband this occurs, not in other games. Other games are working smoothly
