Question / Help OBS record skipping frames if the game is above 60fps

How do I fix this? Apparently if the games goes above than fps the video starts to get laggy almost like skipping frames. I only get smooth video if I cap the game to 60fps but who wants to get capped at 60? It would be a waste of my GPU

OBS needs about 5-10% GPU power to render and composite the videofeed. That is why capping the framerate is important.
