Question / Help OBS record black screen,please help!!

So I launch up obs and it seem like it work perfectly fine but the recording is a black screen.(Plus it only record the sound)

also i tried to use the nvidia control panel and it still the same :(

but i have already try that method using the nvidia card to game capture but it came out a black screen with sound it seem like working but it not:(
