We use the OBS Studio for Facebook streaming.
There was a strange situation today. After approximately one and half hour the stream was broken.
Because the presenter was not a technican, I logged into the computer via Teamviewer, in order to help him.
What I saw that the OBS poped up a message that the connection was lost and trying to reconnect. A couple secounds later the connection was succesful, but suddenly it was broken again. And these two actions repeated each others in a loop.
I stopped the stream in The OBS, and tried to restart but I got an error message, that the stream key is not valid.
I refreshed the Facebook’s streaming page and once I selected the use stream key option, on the right bottom corner the video frame appeared, but I saw another (unfamiliar) person. It was strange, like somebody else started using our stream key.
What do you think, is it possible? If so, can it be the cause of this disconnect / reconnecting loop?
And another information, in the OBS studio, on the right bottom bar the rectangle remained green, during this loop.
I restarted both OBS and Chrome and the problem disappeared, we were able to continue the streaming without any issues.
Has anybody already seen this kind of problem

(Currently I can’t get the log file, because the computer is switched off, but if it’s necessary, I try to get it as soon as possible.)
