Obs rec a bit blurred with 20000 bitrate and after trying every setting

Hi, I was trying to record Minecraft with OBS. I set all as in the attached screens, but the video had a terrible quality. Pc specs are RX 580 8 gb RedDragon, I7-9700kf and 16gb of ram. Can you suggest me best settings for this specific pc? Thank you very much
