OBS rapidly increasing in RAM usage...

Please try using OBS in portable mode https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/obs-and-obs-studio-portable-mode-on-windows.359/
Do not install any plugin in it. Test it as is, adding just a scene and a source. If all goes well, import the scenes you are actually using and test it. If all goes well, then one or multiple of the plugins your using are at fault. If not, please attach a new log file from the portable version test.

Make sure to select the correct encoder and not use a deprecated one.

Also, make sure you have the GPU driver updated, not from within Windows Update (old version) but directly from AMD.
And follow directions and recomendations on the analyzer:

Followed your steps, seems like StreamElements was my issue. The RAM usage stays pretty stable once I take it out. Thankfully I don't use it anymore, so removing it was a pretty painless process. Thanks
