Bug Report OBS randomly starts recording without being prompted to

I do not have the "automatically record when starting stream" setting enabled, nor do I have any bindings set to start recording. I'll be playing my game, and then boom no frames. I look to my other monitor and OBS is now recording for some reason. Trying to turn it off crashes my game, and leaving it on kills my computer. Why is it doing this and how do I fix it?

Code:
00:36:36.975: [rtmp stream: 'simple_stream'] User stopped the stream
00:36:36.975: Output 'simple_stream': stopping

According to the log, OBS was just streaming for 4,5 hours. Never recording.
By the way, recording while streaming can be configured to use no additional resources if you use "use stream encoder" as encoder for recording. This way OBS is writing to disk what's already encoded and sending out for stream, and disk writing needs no computing resources.

this log does not contain records but if you uploaded the wrong check the hotkeys of your obs if you have made a hotkey for start recording
without any user activation obs does not start a record there must be a hotkey (or somtimes games have clickbugs like click ingame and hit the windows behind so minimize obs to prevent from that)

I have this same issue. Can you please tell me what did you do to fix it?
