OBS Randomly Starts Echoing during game

So in the last month or so I've been having an issue where my OBS stream to twitch randomly starts echoing all audio coming thru my PC. This includes the game, discord, my mic. Pretty much everything starts echoing. Sometimes it stops the echo after a short period of time and then starts up again. I'm not sure what is causing the issue.

Made all the changes. Here is the updated log.

You're using a mix of global audio sources (set in your Audio settings), as well as scene-specific devices. If I had to bet, it's due to an overlap of your specific mixer channels between these. Go through and make sure you don't have something doubled up between what sources you have in each scene and what channels you have enabled in your GoXLR matrix.
