Question / Help OBS randomly started causing my system to stutter

I havent changed any settings in either my games or OBS
Ive tried uninstalling, updating drivers.
Audio and Video of game lags. bringing me from 120 fps to 0 for a short while.
This started just the other day and its random. Not when the game gets more intense, and explosions are everywhere. It can happen while standing still

Maybe your CPU is overheating and throttling itself.

Gunna need OBS log files to do more than guess at the problem.
