OBS randomly pausing

Sometimes when I record something, OBS just pauses...
Can anybody help?

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

Find the log-file (by time and date) from the OBS session where issue was present.

The first ULTRAKILL and Buckshot Roulette recordings are fine. When recording more lengthy ones, it. Just. Pauses. For no reason...

I think you have hotkey assigned to pause recording, and hitting it accidentally. Do you need this hotkey at all? If "Yes" then try to make it less common (use Alt, Ctrl, Shift modifiers and its combinations).
