OBS randomly drops 0 Kb/s then 20.000 Kb/s

Hi!
I've been having this problem for MONTHS, with no solution aparently.

Randomly when I stream, OBS drops to 0Kb/s for a couple of seconds, then goes up to 20.000kbs aprox and starts going down until it reaches 6000kbs.
After this problem, sometimes my audio breaks and stutters and I have to restart OBS, and sometimes nothing happens.
This time I formatted the entire PC, and made the scenes from 0 all over again, but this problem persists, and it's weird because it's not an ISP problem.

I use plugins such as NDI and StreamFX, but they weren't in use during these streams.

On these logs, the 0KB/s problem started at 22:30 aprox, but there's nothing unusual or weird :/

Thanks a lot! I'm really desperated because it's been like this for months and even formatting and setting everything up from scratch, it's still happening...

Run OBS as Admin
Make sure your plugins are up to date Used or not they are load at program start
You have a problem with your Audio device and Game Capture 4K60 Pro, which may be the audio device with issues
It's maxing out the audio buffer that would cause the audio stutters

How can I solve this audio buffer? Is it caused by OBS or the Game Capture? This problem would make sense since sometimes it doesn't onli go down to 0kbs, but audio is messed up as well!

Could try uninstalling the 4K60 Pro and reinstalling it
If you remove the capture card from the system, see if the problem persists
