OBS randomly dropping to 0kbps.

Hey! I've been streaming for some time now. I had a break for about 6 months, in this time I moved to new apartment, but everything else stayed the same. Now I've tried to stream yesterday and today, but my OBS keeps randomly dropping to 0kbps and disconnecting the stream. I tested with the twitch tester that I'm using the best server for me (quality being 100 and RTT being 40ms)
Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

What worked for me was going into OBS → Settings → Advanced → Scroll down to "Network" and change the "Bind to IP" from default to your ethernet.
