OBS randomly disconnects and reconnects

Hello,
I have been streaming for 7 months now and have had this issue on and off since then. My OBS will sometimes disconnect (I get the "red square") for about 10-20 seconds, and then it reconnects automatically. These are my PC specs:
-PROCESSOR: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
-GRAPHICS CARD: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
-MAIN MONITOR: Gigabyte G27F 27" 144Hz 1080P Gaming Monitor
-SECONDARY MONITOR: 22" Dell P2210 Monitor
--MOTHERBOARD: B550-A PRO

I looked into my log file to see what the issue was. Below is a link to my log file. This is the part that shows where I had the disconnect:

I have taken my PC into the shop about 3 times for this. Whenever I take it in, the problem is resolved for about 1 month or so and then it returns again. I have been told that a new CPU may fix this issue due to bottlenecking, but I want to make sure before I invest in a new CPU. I have looked into so many options but none of the fixes I have tried have work. Send help please!!
