Question / Help OBS randomly crashes whilst streaming or recording gameplay

Somehow OBS seems to randomly crash in the middle of recording or streaming. Sometimes it also crashes my computer resulting in me having a black screen and the recording lost.

I think it might have something to do with having overclocked my CPU but during a stresstest it seems to be working fine. I have also posted a crash log which took place during recording. My computer did not crash when OBS crashed at this occurence.

It seems my BIOS is not up-to-date yet. I will update it now and report if it helped solve the crashes afterwards.
