OBS randomly crashes frequently, alongside my browser

For several days now, OBS, my browser and discord randomly crash or restart. I don't have weird programs installed, my internet is Ethernet connected and appears stable. But every so while, OBS dies killing my stream, my browser page dies so i have to refresh and discord keeps restarting. I think these issues are related, but i dont know. Please help. My crash report in provided.

Fault address: 7FF9F3A8A570 (c:\program files\obs-studio\bin\64bit\libx264-164.dll)
Does this happen if you use QSV, NVENC or whatever AMD calls their encoding thing?

Not sure I only ever streamed with x264 and i think recently recorded with NVIDIA NVENC H.264.

Likely, unstable system (overclocking, overheating, under-powered, broken component, mistakes in firmware etc).
