Your GPU is crashing, try turning off HAGS if it's on and make sure your drivers are really the latest.

They are up to date, did it today and checked just now.
The option to disable HAGS doesn't show for me on the Windows Settings, so I'm guessing it's not compatible with my GPU

Will upgrading my GPU solve this issue?
If so I can purchase a new one, but I need to know for certain before making such an investment

It's hard to say, GPU crashes can be caused by any number of factors such as a bad GPU, overclocking, HAGS, weak power supply, bad motherboard, bad BIOS settings, bad drivers, etc.

I don't overclock my GPU, and I don't see the option to enable/disable HAGS on the windows config. So either a faulty/underpowered GPU or a power supply that is not strong enough seem to be the most likely issues. (that or the Motherboard).
I will upgrade the GPU since I've also been starting to detect frame skips in my OBS recordings.
I'll report back if that gets it fixed
