UPDATE FIXED
The following taken from the Discord solved the problem for me, hope it helps:

in macOS ventura 13.5.2, logitech's OBS plugin is currently crashing OBS on launch. to remove it:
  1. open Finder and click the Go menu
  2. select "Go to Folder"
  3. paste in the following:
    /Library/Application Support/obs-studio/plugins
    and press enter.
  4. remove the folder for Logitech's OBS plugin. You may also need to disable the plugin in Logitech's software to prevent it from being reinstalled automatically.
  5. launch OBS

Hi everyone,
I'm also getting this this same issue. The folder "Logitech's OBS plugin" keeps coming back upon restart.
Any ways to disable this for good?
Thanking all.

I followed the above instructions, as well as disabling the OBS integration in Logitech, and find that OBS still crashes. Not on that but I don't have an ../obs-studio/plugins folder, only an ../obs-studio/plugin_config folder. Log file for crash attached, I would appreciate any assistance on this! Thanks!

I was able to solve this by uninstalling VLC and OBS, deleting the /Library Support/obs-studio folder and then rebooting, and re-installing OBS. Once I did that, OBS worked. Not clear if this is related, but OBS also released a new version (30) and that worked, where the previous one failed.0
