Question / Help OBS quicksync Settings

This is the 1st time I use ,and I m hving a little trouble settings things up.I want to record and stream with quicksync at 60 fps 1080p.Could someone send me screenshots from the settings.Also what s the difference between the encoder that just says quicksync and the one that says h264 quicksync media foundation ?

Recording with quicksync allows you to throw enough bitrate at the quality difference to make up the quality difference vs x264.

Streaming, I would still recommend using x264 as the encoder for.

You're probably not going to be able to set this up properly using the "simple" settings so you'll need to switch to advanced.

To add to Harold's post it's probably easier to just use the x264 encoder or use OBS classic as it does a way better job with Quick Sync. I use it myself on 3000kbps, 720p and 60fps and it's glorious xD Plus, in OBSmp it's still a bit iffy to get it to work right. I've had absolutely no luck to get it to even start or record and Harry64 has glitches in the recording.
