OBS Questions

Hey guys,
I'm new here and I needed a program for streaming, so I stumbled upon OBS. I'm thinking of getting it on my PC (windows). Can someone tell me more to it? what do I need to pay attention to? Does it cost something?

Just install it and start using it..There is plenty of documentation here to get you started and then if you are confused or not sure of something you can ask here...

The program is absolutely free and no hidden costs at all..

real-time video encoding is computationally demanding, so set expectations accordingly. An old, low-end PC will struggle regardless
