Question / Help OBS question

Currently just testing both OBS and Xsplit, Xsplit seems to be using less processing power then OBS which makes no sense to me because everything iv heard from everyone OBS uses less processing power.

Im using Free Xsplit for testing so that might have something to do with it?

If you didn't change anything, XSplit may have worse quality(but also faster) defaults.
To compare the two programs you need to make sure that the setting match.
