OBS Producing Unreadable Video files

^^This is the log for my current setup^^

For some reason, Whenever I record anything on my OBS It always outputs a video file that cannot be displayed in a media player.
There is no thumbnail for these in the file browser.

Any time I try to run these files, an error message appears in my video player that says "We can't open __File name__. It uses unsupported Encoding settings. and provides me the error code 0x80004005.

Seeing this I immediately tried changing around the encoder, under output settings. only under recording. I changed it to every encoder I had available.
x264, NVENC H.264, NVENC HVEC. None of these created an MP4 that was readable by the media player.

I then tried changing the recording format, MOV , Mkv. Nothing is changing the output at all.

There was only one time where I had hope that something would fix it. NVENC HVEC encoder game me an option to purchase another codec and I did so out of frustration. but after making that purchase. the same issue occured.

Does anyone know what this could be? or how I could fix it.

Set Settings→Advanced→Video→Color format back to NV12, which is the default.
Alternatively, create a new profile.

Your existing videos with the bad settings could be played back by VLC or Media Player Classic.
