So every Monday thru Friday I have been able to stream on YouTube properly until today. I have decent internet until for some reason I start streaming and I can't even stream smoothly. That's even if I am able to start the stream properly. How Come?

Try selecting the backup youtube ingest server, try seeing if you can stream to twitch.

it worked yesterday on YouTube but not today on either one. If it wont work on YouTube why would it work on Twitch?

No stream attempt in that logfile.

Generally if you can stream to one provider but not another, it's either a firewall or an ISP issue.

Dropped Frames/Connection Issues

Well it doesn't work for either one.

If it doesn't work for either one then it's either your firewall, your ISP, or potentially your local network. Same general suggestions apply.
