Question / Help Obs problems for two days

a week ago install windows 8 on my pc, set obs and everything was perfect, but two days ago will not let me connect to the server always connected from twich which was to london uk (secondary), since it will not let me connect to that server and forces me to use another the stream is very wrong has stoppages, listening to bad .. when I look obs window is shown as follows:

I would like to help me solve the problem because I quite like the theme and do not know how to fix streaming

Switch to London Primary. The London servers were DOA for a few months and being transparently re-routed to the Amsterdam ingest, and were just brought back online recently. They specified that London Primary was up again, but didn't say anything about the Secondary server... that one may simply be fully-down now.
They'd mentioned it on their Twitter, and I believe on their blog.

To get the performance back that you were experiencing earlier, switch to the Amsterdam server. It's the one to where all traffic was being transparently routed while the UK servers were emergency-downed.
