Question / Help OBS Problem [Very uncommon] Please help!

Hello everybody so all good 'till the last update appeared,so when i was pressisng " start recording" it was a delay like 5 seconds ,and the Windows 10 loading icon,ok then i tried to re-open obs and tried again,modyfied some settings,nothing,reinstalled the porgram nothing.I didn't had this problem 'till yesterday.Thanks

My internet is ubergood so no troubles here and my settings are supercool too,so no lagg in videos even 1080p 60 fps,other settings won't help me.

It sais that the bitrate it's too hight ,yeah because i use 10.000 to record only,i use only 3500 when live streaming and the audio bitrate it's just perfect for my headphones i tried 128 too.So i don't need to change any settings just tell me how to solve the problem please.And i recorded a black screen just to show the problem,it doesn't change anything if I try thin on desktop or in-game.

with that log, you have no sources. change to a scene with sources or make a new scene and add the sources you need

I dont need screen caps as much as you need to post a log while using only game capture OR windows capture (not both trying to grab the same scene)

The same thing happens with the problem explained below when i go to settings>encoding i must wait 3-4 seconds and if i click it's not responind for a second.Hope this helps you,.
