Question / Help OBS Problem (Freezing) need help

okay so atm my setup for obs is my webcam in the top left corner, screen region over my game capture (due to having a hdpvr), but when i hit record it freezes straight away then about 15 seconds later it unfreezes saying taking too long to encode skipping frames need help.

Generally it just means the settings you are using in OBS is causing the encoder to use too much CPU, and thus causing the problem.
