I started encountering this back couple months ago when I upgraded to Windows 10 (clean install couple times). Dual monitor setup. If I run game in borderless mode OBS Preview Window is fine, smooth or in 30fps depends, if I go fullscreen it's gonna freeze every second or two, basically I can't see preview window and check on my followers.
Same thing appear with Xsplit for example. I tested this on 2 rigs. Any workaround ?
