This is an issue i have been dealing with for a while now. When i start streaming everything works fine. After 10-30 min i will notice the preview stuttering and when i view the stream it is also stuttering. There is not an exact time when this happens. I have noticed that if i dont do anything it will eventually fix itself and go back to smooth streaming, however i am not sure how long that takes, maybe 5 min maybe longer.
I have found that if i go to the properties of the capture device and change the fps to anything and then back to 60 it will fix the stuttering but again only for 10-30min.
i have dual PC setup with an elgato HD60 pro as the capture card.
The CPU never reaches 40% when streaming - Ryzen 7 1700. I have the stream to be down scaled to 720p @60FPS at medium setting.
