Question / Help OBS preview not work

I use OBS.live from StreamElements, and the preview crash. Need help to fix it
Use a Acer Aspire VX 15 with 1050TI and 2 monitors.

I see a "StreamElements Live Support" Button in the lower right corner. Maybe click it and contact the supplier of the software, as this is not the normal OBS Studio version.
