Hello,
I bought the Elgato Game Capture Card HD 60 S a long time ago so I can stream my games. So far so good. However, e.g. in games of the Wii u on that the game shown is played on my monitor on the monitor, jerky or screwed on low FPS. Whyever. The stream itself is running smoothly.
The settings for the Game Capture Card in OBS are as follows:
HDMI color space: standard
Profile: HD 1080 - 60 FPS allowed
Convert standard definition to 640x480 []
Adjust image format for default definition [x]
At OBS itself:
Resolution / FPS Type: Device standard
YUV color space: standard
YUV color palette: Partial
Buffering: Activate
Audio Output Mode: WaveOut

Scaling Filter: Lanczos
Integer FPS value: 60
CPU utilization: 9.4% - 12.9%
