Question / Help OBS preview ist black

Hey, i want to Capture Arma 3 With OBS Studio, i have use bevore OBS Studio the Classic OBS, i start OBS as Admin.
The preview Window is black,
This is the Capure Options:

Sorry for the double post , I have reinstalled OBS. It works, but i have restart OBS ist doesnt Work.
Here is the new log.

Looks like it might be a hook conflict from a different program, or perhaps a second game capture source set to auto-hook any fullscreen application.

No, if I OBS Fresh Install going there. I restart OBS it doesn's work
