Question / Help OBS Preview Freezing

I've been streaming xbox 360 gameplay through my new elgato hd60 for about a month now and never had a problem. Today I decided to play and started up OBS and clicked preview and it shows what I had on screen and then freezes. I restarted OBS and then my computer and kept having the same problem. Also tried deleting the scene and making one just with the Elgato and I got the same result. Only thing I can think of is I have been recently playing Arma 3 and downloaded winzip and a mod. No clue if that could affect anything but I wouldn't think it would. Haven't noticed any issues with my laptop. I'm running a i7 5500U dual core 2.4 ghz turbo's to 3 ghz. I'll include the log files from today when I tried starting OBS. If you need any more info I've left out just let me know thanks :)
