Hello!
I seem to have been having this problem for centuries. It doesn't matter how much cpu OBS uses or even if i'm streaming. The preview screen dips fps in certain high motion scenes which i presume (as i've witnessed) transfers to the stream as well. I've done a few local recordings and i do see fps drops in the video the same time OBS preview has it.
I run a dual pc setup with the capture card input/output at 1080p 60fps. Has anyone ever encountered this or managed to resolve it?
Attached is a log of a 3 minute test stream to Twitch inspector with the replay buffer (15s) running. (yes i know i have a ton of sources >_<)
