Obs Plugins cant be loaded

Hello, I installed my backup from OBS today. So far everything has always worked. Unfortunately, after starting Obs with my Backup, I get the message that some plugins cannot be loaded. Example: StreamFX, transition-table and Streamdeck. I uninstalled all plugins and reinstalled all of them one at a time. Sadly it still does not work.

Unfortunately I don't know what to do next: here is the Errorcode:

I can't get the current (as of 2023-01-06) versions of StreamFX, move transition, or source record to show up in OBS in Windows. The plugins are now being installed into "C:\ProgramData\obs-studio", which doesn't require admin privileges to write to and is the preferred place to put plugins because of potential install errors, but OBS 28.1.2 is not loading the plugin. I tried installing a fresh install of Windows 10 and then OBS 28.1.2, but the same thing happens. For move transition and source record, I can just install manually, but this doesn't work for StreamFX, which takes down my show completely. I rely on StreamFX.

You installed OBS on it's default path and then you droped the plugins into another folder path?

Search "environment" in start menu and check if you have OBS_PLUGINS_PATH related environment variables. An old Elgato installer changed the location where OBS looks for plugins. Delete any OBS_PLUGINS_PATH related variables to fix this.
