OBS playback of mineraft recording is pretty laggy and shaky sometime

I want to record at 1080p and high fps. yesterday it was ok the video is in the link ,can anybody tell why and how to fix it or is it just me

Greetings, A few things stand out
Never put Display and Game Caputer Sources in the same scene It will cause issues Also, pick a framerate that is a multiple of 30
Run OBS as Admin

it runs at smoothly according to the game fps after i tested it right now thanks :)
