Hello - I'm fairly new to recording programs and new to recording gameplay.
I'm looking to record and later then upload to Youtube but I keep running into 2 issues.
First: When I re-watch the recorded gameplay - it's really choppy. I've looked into multiple guides and videos to fix but nothing works. I even uninstalled and re-installed OBS.
I decided I would try using GeForce Shadowplay to see what the results were. Shadowplay playback is perfect - not choppy, runs really smooth and all work well.
I want to use OBS as I've seen you can customize on it a lot more but this choppy playback is ruining it.
The second issue - I don't know if this is a Youtube issue or also an OBS issue - also not even sure if it's the right place to ask but for some reason the video is really bad quality on Youtube. Even though it says 1920x1080p it's blurry and pixelated.

Ryzen 2600
G.Skillz 16gb - 3000Mhz
Gigabyte GTX 1660 OC - 6GB
Running on a 1080p monitor - refresh rate of 75hz
