I was test recording Fallout 4 and when I was watching it back all of the black and dark areas looked very patchy, like they were made up of different colours of black. It was the same in the day, with Pixelisation everywhere.
This picture is of watching the raw video, the black looks patchy and everything is pixelated, having no idea how to fix this I came to the forums for help:

[Excessive audio bitrate

Audio bitrates higher than 128kbps are rarely needed for internet streaming. Consider keeping the bitrate around 128kbps for optimal bandwidth usage.

Faster preset in use

You have changed the default preset to ultrafast. The default of veryfast is designed for the optimum balance of quality and CPU usage. Using ultrafast will result in greatly reduced quality. If possible, try to change other things such as lowering the resolution or FPS before modifying the preset.

Excessive bitrate

Your bitrate is very high. For live streaming, your viewers must also be able to download at the bitrate you specified. Setting too high of a bitrate will cause your viewers to experience lag and your stream may also drop frames if the streaming service you use does not support such high bitrates.
