Hi guys,

I am skepy a streamer on twitch.tv and I have a problem.

all my settings are the same I will link my settings

My specs are CPU - Intel i5 - 2320k
RAM - 8gb stock
HHD - 1TB Seagate
Graphics Card - Nvidia GTX 560Ti
PSU - 500w OCZ Core X Stream

Your old VOD is 40 FPS while your new one is 60 FPS, increasing your frame rate will often impact quality negatively, especially on ultrafast. Since you're using the ultrafast preset, you really shouldn't expect much quality out of it. DayZ especially is hard enough on the video quality even without using a preset like that.

It shouldn't change that drastically though. I changed to 60 last night after a suggestion from the viewers. I also used to stream at 60 until BF4 beta came out.

Well, you're comparing two games with very different graphics styles. Some things, such as all the trees and grass and stuff in DayZ is simply harder for the encoder to handle, and the ultrafast preset just shows this even more.

It's not weird, it's perfectly normal. If you think an increase of 50% of the original frame rate should not affect quality that "drastically", perhaps you should rethink your math a little bit.
