Question / Help OBS Picks Up Audio But I Can't Hear

I use OBS Studio to record and want to record 2 separate audio tracks. My headset has audio for game and audio for voice on PC. On OBS Studio I can hear my audio fine but when I add a second audio track to record the voice audio my audio cuts out. OBS is still picking up all the audio from my desktop but all audio to my headphones stops and I can't hear anything until I close OBS or delete the second audio track from OBS. [Log File Below]

Can you show me the settings of your audio channels? And show me what you exactly did by "adding a second audio"
