Question / Help OBS periodically losing connection (Twitch)

Well, I won the battle against my previous issue here:

But now I'm facing a new one.
This is my ISP currently

As you can see, it's fairly decent and I've never had noteworthy issues with it, overall I am happy with the product I pay monthly for.

However as I started streaming, and especially in past few days, I can't have streams longer than ~1-2h without losing connection hence splitting my single stream session into several past broadcasts on Twitch.

Session I'm currently streaming has cut off twice already.
I honestly doubt my bitrate is the issue here which is at 3500 kbps, no frames dropped, no lag.

My strongest suspicion is on my ISP currently, whether it gets throttled or what I do not know, but any help will be appreciated.

Without a log file we can pretty much only say: Talk to your ISP, let them check your connection, test your upload to different servers, test a ftp upload of a bigger file, see if it also breaks after 1-2h.
Oh and tell us, do you get disconnected overall, or just OBS?

It's somewhat sketchy.

I kind of describe it as 'lagged out', since for instance if I'm in-game I never get booted because of disconnection I merely just 'lag out'; from 5s to 15s lasting period of time where I apparently lose connection to host and everything halts (I can move around but since I'm 'lagged out' it won't send any of that to host).

So technically, no, as for overall disconnection, I'd imagine?
If I'm on a Skype call that too may 'lag out' where I can't hear anything and receiver can't hear me for said period of time, sometimes call drops but more often it does not. I know I've 'lagged out' especially if I'm on a Skype call because afterwards there's this fairly loud background static noise on call that fades away within next 30s.

Sry, the log file is incomplete (only a gamecapture log, this bug is fixed in the new test version of OBS already).
Could you upload us another log, make sure it starts with some system informations and OBS version info etc, then it should be correct.
The description you added still sounds more like an Internet Service problem, than an OBS problem though.

Streaming is incredibly sensitive to any packet loss. While Skype and gaming can tolerate some packet loss, streaming requires real-time delivery to work properly and even packet loss for 5 seconds can cause the connection to drop. Sounds like you need to find and fix whatever is causing you to get 'lagged out'.

Thanks, I guess.
Where should I start? I guess I could call ISP but I have no clue what strings to pull to avoid that general 'did you try to plug it out and back in' BS.
