Question / Help OBS Overlaying windows in monitor capture

I have just got the OBS Program , i'm trying to select monitor capture as my source, everytime i do that it overlays a load of windows. Please i need to know how to fix this. I'm going to link a screenshot of whats happening > https://gyazo.com/4984afc17a19b8f9b4282ba557a8d611

Working as intended. OBS is on the monitor you're trying to capture, and so is being captured. Which the preview window displays, which is then captured, and displayed, and so on. Move it to a secondary monitor.

This is no different than pointing a camcorder at a TV showing what the camcorder is recording.
