we are streaming our church services and want send the OBS output to the choir loft so the choir can see it on the TV there. i have a AV feed to the loft and have a hdmi output from a second graphics card in the computer running OBS connected to the input of the router that sends the AV feed to the choir loft TV. How do i direct the OBS program output to second graphics card?

I was curious about the same thing so after a little research I discovered that you can right click on the program image within OBS Studio and from the menu that shows up you can chose to send the output to full screen output, like a second monitor or TV.

I tried it and it works. I plugged an HDMI cable from my Windows laptop to my TV and viola, the TV showed up on the right click menu and I was able to separately stream the video to my TV. There was no audio, but I did not have time to work on that aspect, but I was able to get the video to show up on the TV.

Hope that assists.
