Hi! When I record my game isn't laggy at all and can run smooth, but when i record on obs the video file is low quality and slow. Also, the same thing happens when streaming. Help!
The primary reason is that your i3 is way too weak to do 1080@30 and run your game at the same time.
You need a new motherboard and better CPU to do streaming as it is a very CPU intensive process. Budget computers won't do it.
