OBS or Windows can't save webcam autofocus state

This panel is the one we can reach from OBS Studio (it's the Windows property panel for the camera) :

This panel is the one of the LOGITECH drivers :

As you can see, they are both configured so the autofocus is disabled.
But each time I reboot my PC, the first panel (the one we can reach through OBS) is set back to defaults and autofocus is back, wether the LOGITECH drivers says no.

I noticed that once configured in the first panel, relaunching OBS will keep the setting as we configured. It is when rebooting the PC that all is erased.

I have only one camera, and only one instance (one source) of that camera in OBS.

As far as I know only one program at a time can control the camera.
Don't run the Logitech software if you want to control the camera from OBS....

I never said that I run both software at once. It that was the case, I could not stream with OBS and have my face on screen.

Well the thing is the panel wich is concerned is the one of OBS. I supposed it was a Windows panel, but I can't find a trace of it in all the configuration panel neither on Internet (I did a reverse image search). I don't understand what is that panel, where it comes from. I'm only positive on the fact that it is the one wich resets at the reboot, and not the Logitech one.

Here's some source about my problem :
