Question / Help OBS only recording in 1 second clips

I can stream just fine, but when i try to record, or hit the replay buffer it only records for 1 second clips.

For example, If i record for 20 seconds (my replay buffer) it gets 20 one second clips instead of one 20 second clip.

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but didn't work.

PLEASE HELP
 

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

For what its worth, I had this problem and it was solved when I turned off the virtual camera before beginning to record. When recording with the virtual camera on, it would record these one second clips. When I turned it off, it would record a single clip as long as I wanted, stopping only when I hit Stop Recording.
