When I record minecraft or any other game, obs only records audio. The game on the preview shows but the video only comes out as an audio track when i put it into a video editor. (for premiere pro, the playback works but when I export the video it says the media is offline. When I put the video into other video editing softwares, it just comes out as a video track.

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

Your log is cut off Were you making a recording, for 5+ minutes, when you made the log
What format are you recording in Probably MKV or something You can convert that to a more video player and editor friendly format by using the remux feature in OBS

You have to actively be streaming or recording for about 5 minutes for the log to show info from using OBS and any issues
What video format are you saving your recordings? Sound like you are saving in a video format not normally used by video players or editors like FLV or MKV Which is fine and good as they don't get corrupted if there is a crash OBS has a feature to transform the recording to a more common editor friendly format such as MP4 File Menu, Remux Recordings
