Question / Help OBS only recording a quarter or part of the screen...

Hey guys, i need some help with my OBS.

I'm using Windows 10 and whenever i record my desktop with OBS, it only records part of the screen. My monitor is 1080p.

Yes, i did that, but the problem still persists.

Nevermind, i found a fix, i changed my resolution to 1600x900 and than changed back to 4096x2160 and the problem is fixed, OBS is now recording my whole screen. Thanks for trying to help me anyways, mate.

Well that's confusing. Good to know though! Now I'm just wondering why it'd do that. Glad to hear you got it fixed, and thanks for posting the solution! :)
