Question / Help OBS only captures small portion of game window

Hi everyone, I've been having this problem for awhile, and I'm not sure what to do to fix it.

So basically the window I want to record is this one: https://imgur.com/JTKU4Gi

I have it set to game capture mode, specific window: https://imgur.com/ppmZCQL

But it only captures a small portion of the game: https://imgur.com/HOo8eO9

Does anyone know what's wrong or how to fix this? Thank you

Please post obs logs.
you can also try using display capture and use a filter to crop out the border.

Don't need to crop anything. I want to capture the full game window and it's only showing that little rectangle. Log is attatched
