Question / Help OBS on Windows Server 2016 VPS/VDS? Possible?

I wanna stream Full HD video on Youtube 24/7. I plan use OBS
1) What minimum configuration of VDS/VPS i need?
2) Need i server with GPU only?
3) Can i take server with Windows Server 2012 or 2016? Or only Linux possible?
4) Can u reccomend some good server provider for this?

You need physical hardware with a GPU. Using remote desktop or VMs is not supported and will not work well.
