so i just did a clean install on my pc and downloaded win 10, after that i downloaded OBS did my normal settings same settings i was using when i still have win 8.1..everything was good but then i get to the part of editing my scenes and my overlay.. when i click preview stream the timer that shows how long u have been using the preview stream stuck at 0:00:01 (preview) and i cant edit my scene like resize my overlay text and stuff..so i thought it was just a preview problem..so i started streaming and it did the same thing.. the live time is frozen at 0:00:01 (LIVE) and the video on my stream is frozen..someone please help me :(
